April 13-16 Clinic 4: Pre-Tryout Battle & Body Contact (‘13-‘09)

These sessions will focus on battle drills and body positioning while competing for pucks, as well as learning how to properly give and receive hits. Proper checking techniques will be taught and players will gain confidence being physical.
